Service and warranty of the LevelSpy

The manufacturer gives a 1 year guarantee on this product. The guarantee concerns all essential defects of the device which are demonstrably due to material or manufacturing faults.
Guarantee takes place by delivery of a replacement product to be determined by us, if the following conditions have been fulfilled:

The device was treated properly and in accordance with the operating instructions (to be downloaded here as pdf document).

Neither the buyer nor any third person tried to repair the instrument.
The guarantee of the manufacturer shall not include the liability of the trader/seller.
